Ionized, chlorine- and chemical-free jacuzzis and heated lap and watsu therapy pools create no harmful by-products for you or the environment, and are available and recommended for those with chemical sensitivities lending a complementary element to any health program.

Copper ionization uses a low voltage current to release copper ions into the water neutralizing any disease-causing microorganisms. Copper is essential to the well-being of your body and is needed to form new blood vessels. Hydro-Pilates™ are low-impact strengthening and stretching exercises that incorporate mind-body focus movements from Pilates and Yoga.

EQUIPMENT:  Noodles and elastic bands are provided that can accommodate everyone’s abilities and make it more sustainable for anyone’s goals in fitness and well being. 

Bring towel, water bottle, hat or visor, sunglasses if preferred. Soft aqua shoes are recommended, leggings and water pants are acceptable and preferred, but need to be rinsed before entering the pool.  Lockers are available, padlocks are not provided, outdoor showers are provided.

Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and passive aquatic therapy. A typical session consists of a progression of breath coordination, movement patterns in different positions, and massage. Movement patterns include gentle cradling and rocking, more dynamic stretching and mobilization, stillness, and specific mobilization techniques focused on the needs or condition of the receiver.
